WESTMINSTER
PRESBYTERIAN
Where God,
Nature & Art
Come Together
Our campus features:
• A gorgeous open space park
• A children's playground
• A community garden
• An outdoor amphitheater
• A free little library & picnic tables

Playground
This magical playground is just too much fun! We have a very down to earth, open, creative space set up for the children in our community to enjoy. Our playground is a large sandbox space filled with well loved child-sized houses, slides, climbers, teeter totters, swings, and more surrounded by old growth trees that provide beautiful shade.
Come let your children’s imaginations run wild here while they (and you!) spend time in this sacred space designed for play and creativity!
A gentle reminder: we ask that you accompany your children in the playground and throughout the park to ensure that they are supervised at all times for their safety.

Garden
If you have not already done so, take a walk in the Westminster park and check out the garden site. It will amaze you to see what a dream, prayer, and people sharing can do. In just a short period of time, church members have made new friends and our property has been truly enhanced.
Please request our garden policies prior to applying..
Plot Fees are due:
September 1 for FALL/WINTER SEASON (September 1- February 28). March 1 for SPRING/SUMMER SEASON (March 1 to August 31). Checks must be made payable to Westminster Presbyterian Church with a note on the memo line

WESTMINSTER PARK
Friends of Westminster Park
What is Friends of Westminster Park?
It started, as many community projects do, with a conversation between neighbors. Joe Davis, who’s home shares a fence with our park, contacted the church office to address an issue with a tree branch overhanging into his yard. From there Joe and the church staff got to know each other, as neighbors do. Leigh coordinated the tree work with Joe. Alex ran into him while he did landscaping on his back slope. Megan chatted with him while his dog played in the grass one evening. Joe eventually sparked a conversation about how the community could support Westminster Park more actively and Friends of Westminster Park was born.
Or, well, reborn. Friends of Westminster Park builds on the legacy of past such groups; helping the community to support the park and be connected to the good things we are growing together.
Friends of Westminster Park will build a network of folks who love the park and facilitate financial gifts to the church for park projects. We have always worked hard to share the park as a gift to the community and we are thankful to have a new partner in that work.
